About the studio

Allure Poledance Studio welcomes you to pole dance, aerial gymnastics and show dance classes. Pole dance is a performing art that combines dance and acrobatics, a feminine form of movement that works the whole body. Workouts are 60 minutes long: 20 minutes of warm-up, pole exercises, then 15-20 minutes of stretching. Anyone can start, at any age, regardless of gender and athletic experience, and a level system ensures safe progress (beginner, intermediate, advanced levels, exam option).

The studio aims to create a place where participants can express their femininity, have a good time and unwind. The workout builds fitness, flexibility, sense of balance and confidence. Pole dance can be done in a group or individually; attending other classes (power training, stretching) is recommended as a complement.
