This policy covers the cookies and similar storage technologies used on studiofinder.hu. Analytics tools are only activated after you consent.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small data file stored by your browser. It lets the site remember your settings and lets us collect anonymous usage statistics.
Strictly necessary storage
These are needed for the site to work and don't require consent.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| pd_consent | localStorage | Remembers your cookie choice | until withdrawn |
| pd_me | sessionStorage | If you use the “Near me” button: your location, so the next list page can also sort by distance. It stays in your browser only; we don't send it anywhere. | until the browser tab is closed |
| pd_gmp | localStorage | If you click “Show Google reviews”: remembers that we may load the Google box on other profiles too (can be cleared with the box's “Don't load automatically” link). | until withdrawn |
| pd_p | cookie (.studiofinder.hu) | Studio partners only: set by the partner dashboard at login, and it only signals (“1”) that the owner statistics bar can be loaded on the studio's own page. It doesn't identify anyone. | 30 days, or until logout |
Analytics cookies (only with consent)
They load if you choose “OK, I accept” in the cookie banner.

Marketing / email sign-up (OptiMonk)
The site may show OptiMonk email sign-up forms (as pop-ups and embedded in the page). To display them correctly and avoid showing the same form repeatedly, OptiMonk may use cookies or a browser identifier; so it only loads if you accept in the cookie banner. We only process your email address if you submit it yourself in the form – subscribing is your explicit, voluntary choice, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter.
| Provider | Cookies (examples) | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| OptiMonk | optiMonkClientId, visitor* | Showing sign-up forms, frequency capping | max. 1 year |
How to manage your consent
You can reject or accept analytics cookies at any time. To change your earlier choice, clear your browser's stored data for this site – the cookie banner will then appear again. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
