About the studio
Rahasya Yoga School provides traditional yoga instruction based on the practice of asana, pranayama and meditation. The teaching integrates elements of perennial philosophy, spiritual and metaphysical traditions and Ayurveda, in a holistic approach. The school has been operating without a break since 2018, and currently offers live classes in Szombathely, as well as online courses in English.
The teaching is founded on traditional spiritual foundations and the methods of Iyengar yoga, hatha yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. The school is accredited by Yoga Alliance International, and the teaching is based on a deeper knowledge of Sanskrit, Ayurveda and yoga therapy.
