About the studio
Brekk Fitness is a renovated facility of about 2000 m² on Körte utca in downtown Nyíregyháza. It has free parking in the inner courtyard and is open from 6 to 21 on weekdays and from 8 to 18 on weekends.
The studio offers a wide range of services: besides traditional bodybuilding and fitness, there are group classes (Hot Iron, Step Aerobic, Cross Training, Gym Stick), martial arts sessions (Kung-Fu, Boxing), as well as a sauna and a tanning bed. There is also a separate women's fitness room. Thanks to differentiated instruction, both beginners and advanced participants can join the group classes.
