About the studio
APPI is the Hungarian partner of the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute and offers its updated pilates teacher training program, taught in more than 20 countries around the world. The method is quick, simple and effective, and is especially suitable for those with musculoskeletal problems, those who have had surgery or those who need rehabilitation. Clinical pilates exercises are individualized and safe, so they are also recommended for lower back problems or a herniated disc.
The courses have a modular structure and are available in a hybrid format (online and in person). The online courses consist of video exercises, study materials and a personal consultation, while the practice days take place as small-group workshops where you can practice in the presence of instructors and try out the equipment.
