About the studio
FitRoom Életmód Stúdió is a comprehensive wellness and training center that has been operating in District XIII since 2018. Besides corrective training, functional training, back exercise classes, posture correction, stretching and mobilization, it offers infrared sauna and massage services. The studio is air-conditioned, equipped with modern equipment, and designed specifically so that guests feel at home – children and dogs are welcome too.
FitRoom is primarily for those who struggle with joint pain or spine problems or are recovering from an injury, as well as those who want to live healthily and energetically. The instructors are professionals trained in preventive back training, rehabilitation training and sports training. The infrared sauna and massage services provide recharging and recovery after long office work.
