The Forma1 Fitnesz is a modern, friendly gym in downtown Szeged, offering both group classes and gym workouts. The studio supports guests in reaching their goals with a wide choice of classes (pilates, yoga, TRX, boxing, spinning, body shaping, stretching and other forms of movement) and experienced trainers. The atmosphere is family-like and the instructors are enthusiastic and well prepared, so everyone from beginners to advanced students finds a form of exercise that suits them.
Online sign-up is convenient (GPass app), and you can cancel up to 1 hours before the class. The studio offers discounted pass options, and exclusive discounts are available for students and SZTE affiliates. Community, progress and a good atmosphere are the core values of the Forma1 Fitnesz.
