About the studio

Harmónia Reformer Pilates Stúdió offers classical pilates classes on the reformer machine and with mat exercises, a form of movement that is gentle on the spine and joints and, through regular practice, improves posture, strengthens the core muscles, and may ease joint pain. The studio is equipped with modern Peak Pilates machines, is located in a green area, and welcomes visitors with classes suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

The classes teach Joseph Pilates' original exercises, about which, according to the founder of the method, you feel the change after 10 sessions, others see it after 20, and after 30 your body is transformed inside and out. The studio provides group reformer and mat pilates classes, as well as private sessions.

FAQ – Harmónia Reformer Pilates Stúdió

Who is pilates recommended for?
For everyone, regardless of age and gender.
Can I do pilates if my lower back or another joint hurts?
Definitely recommended. Regularly doing classical pilates exercises restores the flexibility of the spine, helps reduce joint pain, and can improve lower back, shoulder, knee, and other problems.
How much practice is needed to feel a change?
According to Joseph Pilates, you feel it after 10 sessions, you see the change after 20 sessions, and after 30 sessions you are renewed inside and out. Consistency is the most important thing; even practicing 1-2x a week can bring results in the long run.
How can I sign up for classes?
A valid pass or ticket is required. After buying online, log in to your athlete account to purchase a class ticket and sign up with a bank card. If paying with cash or a SZÉP card, you need to indicate the desired time by email.
What is the difference between a reformer class and a mat class?
We do the mat exercises on the floor; this is the basic series. Joseph Pilates designed the reformer exercises for the reformer machine, which provides help and support in performing the exercises.
