About the studio

The studio teaches the Yoga in Daily Life (YIDL) System created by Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda, which is built on 8 levels, with physical exercises, breathing exercises and meditation for each level. The peaceful atmosphere of the center is ideal for going deeper and practicing regularly. Besides the classes, they organize weekly satsangs, body-and-soul cleansing courses several times a year, and special themed weekend programs.

The studio offers both in-person and online yoga classes. Beginners must start at level 1-3, regardless of previous yoga experience. Because of the course-based format, it is important for practitioners to practice in the same group with the same instructor in order to make regular progress.
