About the studio

Napcsillag Jóga és Mozgásstúdió is a safe space where the body moves, the soul rests, and the nervous system calms down. There is nothing to perform or live up to – it is enough that you show up. The studio offers hatha, yin, and spine yoga, essential oil and live-music yoga classes, singing bowl relaxation, rehabilitation pilates, Zumba, and circuit training. The classes are consciously structured; several instructors teach with different approaches, but all build on the same foundation: respect for body and soul.

Napcsillag is an ageless community, where age and movement experience do not matter. The studio is located near the Danube bank, in a calm environment close to nature, with free enclosed parking. During the classes, doTERRA essential oils support the body and emotional balance, and at the end of the classes a singing bowl relaxation helps quiet the mind. Here, movement is not an expectation but an opportunity – everyone can go at their own pace.
