About the studio

Nonett Pilates is a reformer pilates studio offering classes in a setting of greenery, natural light, and clean elegance. The instructors give real attention in small groups; they expect presence, not performance. According to the studio's philosophy, the quality of movement is also shaped by the atmosphere of the space, and the environment affects how you feel in your body.

Reformer pilates is an effective yet gentle form of movement that strengthens and stretches the muscles at the same time. With the specialized machine, the exercises can be done more precisely and in a more controlled way, so the workout is safe and can be personalized at every level. The studio believes that movement becomes a way of life when you are surrounded by a supportive environment.

FAQ – NONETT Pilates

Can I come as a beginner?
Yes. The classes are designed to be safe and enjoyable for beginners as well. The exercises are always adapted to the individual level.
What should you bring to your first class?
Comfortable, flexible workout clothes and, if you like, non-slip pilates socks – barefoot is perfectly fine too. It is worth bringing water; the studio takes care of everything else.
What should I wear to class?
They recommend form-fitting, comfortable clothing that does not catch on the machine and allows precise corrections.
I have an injury or pain – can I take part in the class?
If you have an acute injury or pain, or a doctor has advised against exercise, this form of movement is not recommended either.
Can I bring a pet to the class?
They are open to little four-legged guests, but it must be arranged with the instructor in advance so they can assess whether anyone signed up for the class has a pet-hair allergy.
