Pilates Angels Studio-Budaörs

Pilates Angels Studio specializes in mat pilates classes, and every class takes place in a small group of 6–7 people. The founder emphasizes mat pilates, which builds strength, balance and posture, and connects movement with breathing. The classes pay great attention to correct technique and mindful movement so that participants truly experience the positive effects of pilates.

The studio offers four class types: mat pilates, mat pilates combined with circuit training, a back-exercise-focused class and a glute-strengthening class.
