About the studio

Pilates Salon is a boutique pilates studio in Budapest's District I, welcoming guests to reformer pilates, barre and mat pilates classes in group and one-to-one formats. The studio operates in a family-style, safe environment where the instructors can give each guest the right amount of attention. The classes adapt to individual needs, and there is a suitable challenge for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Based on Joseph Pilates' method, the muscles work harmoniously thanks to spring resistance. The exercises can be varied endlessly, so they provide a suitable load for people in rehabilitation and elite athletes alike. The studio's goal is for guests to feel at home and safe from their very first visit.
