About the studio
ProGym GOLD is a sports and leisure center reborn in 2020, creating a family-style atmosphere in a modern, industrial-style setting (iron, chain, grid, black, yellow, red). On the lower level of the gym is the strength area, with machines for developing all muscle groups, while upstairs are the cardio area and three group class studios, where everyone can find the form of movement that suits them.
In the reception lobby, there is a café and lounge area where guests can chat before or after a workout, or have a protein shake or coffee. The studio's goal is for everyone to find a way to unwind, recharge, work out or release tension.
