FAQ – STAR GYM | Edzőterem

What is the minimum age for the gym?
Everyone who wants to move is welcome from age 6. People over 14 can sign up for beginner Thai Boxing classes, and separate time slots are available for younger participants.
Can we join the classes as beginners too?
Yes, the trainers give each participant tasks suited to their own skill level, so beginners can join with confidence. Separate catch-up sessions are also offered in Thai Boxing.
Is it mandatory to fight in martial arts classes?
No, only those who want to need to fight. Sparring is voluntary, and wearing appropriate protective gear is mandatory in every case.
What membership options are available?
A single-visit ticket, a 8-class pass and an unlimited monthly pass are available, the latter valid for Muay Thai or CrossFit workouts, one session per day, on weekdays. A kids' pass is also available.
What equipment should I bring to my first Thai Boxing class?
Comfortable clothing that allows free movement is enough. Shoes are not worn at Muay Thai training.
