About the studio

Cseresznye Jógastúdió opened its doors in Sopron in the summer of 2014 and offers yoga instruction in a friendly, family-like setting. Classes run as individual or small-group sessions, with the emphasis on personal attention and taking individual needs into account. The studio aims to put quality ahead of quantity, supporting workouts in an intimate atmosphere.

The studio offers hatha yoga, spine yoga and SPS training. Hatha yoga starts from simpler postures and gradually moves toward more difficult positions, and everyone can progress according to their individual abilities. Spine yoga is preventive movement therapy that supports the health of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems with safe exercises built on an anatomical foundation. SPS training uses an elastic band to strengthen the muscular corset and improve posture.
