About the studio
DownDog Hegyvidék is the newest studio of the DownDog Yoga Community, welcoming practitioners since February 2024 in the center of District XII. The studio welcomes beginners and advanced practitioners alike and offers a pass valid at all DownDog studios (Oktogon, Blaha, Hűvösvölgy), so you can do yoga in several districts of the city.
The studio offers regular weekly classes, private sessions and workshops. Thanks to the beneficial and healing effects of the asanas led by the instructors, they can help in preventing and treating many illnesses. An individual yoga therapy consultation is also available by appointment.
