About the studio
A studio with a family-like atmosphere and small groups, so you are sure to get attention in class. Our instructors are highly trained in countless forms of the traditional path of yoga. Safe atmosphere, trauma-informed approach - we respect your boundaries. Our specialty is aerial yoga, including for children. Weekend workshops and courses add variety to the offering. Private services can also be booked: individual or small-group yoga, corporate yoga classes, yoga therapy consultations
