FAQ – EGO Pilates

What should I bring to a pilates class?
Pilates socks with grip soles are mandatory to ensure hygiene and safety. Comfortable, fitted clothing is required that does not restrict movement and lets the instructor check your alignment. A small towel and a bottle of water are recommended. A changing room and shower are also available at the studio.
When should I arrive at class?
If possible, arrive 5–10 minutes before the class starts, so you have time to change and get ready. There are 10-minute breaks between sessions.
What do the beginner, all level and advanced class types mean?
Beginner classes are for those who are new to reformer pilates or are returning after a longer break – they teach the basic movements and correct technique. All level classes adapt to every level, with the instructor offering easier or harder variations. Advanced classes work with more complex, more intense exercises and a more dynamic pace.
How can I cancel a booked class?
You can cancel your spot in a class using your MotiBro account. If you want to cancel less than 24 hours before the class, the system does not allow it – in that case you need to tell the studio directly. If no one can be found to take your place, the class will be deducted from your pass.
Do I need a pass for the class?
Yes, a valid pass is required to sign up for a class. Passes and tickets can be bought online, and after your purchase the studio signs you up for the class.
