About the studio

Namaste Jógastúdió is Székesfehérvár's only yoga studio certified by the MJSZ (Hungarian Yoga Teachers' Association), where small-group sessions are taught by Nagy Gábor Imre, a certified yoga teacher, naturopath and reflexologist, and movement therapist who has practiced yoga for more than 32 years. The studio is especially open to older people and beginners: the average age of participants in the sessions is 54.8 years, and the studio provides all the necessary equipment.

Before the first visit, the studio asks for an in-person meeting, where the instructor learns about the guest's health condition, shows the room, and helps find the group of the right level. You can choose from 16 sessions a week in the morning, afternoon, and evening, at both beginner and intermediate levels.
