The training team consists of two instructors: Orsolya, a reformer pilates trainer who emphasizes learning the basics safely and individually tailored load, and Ágnes, a reformer and mat pilates instructor with a physiotherapy degree, who also brings her hospital musculoskeletal experience into the classes.
