Manipura Jóga Stúdió offers Iyengar yoga instruction, which aims at harmony between the rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind and the soul. The instruction focuses on developing physical relaxation, flexibility and inner calm, teaching practitioners awareness and presence.

The studio opened in January 2018 in Érd. Instruction takes place in group classes, for both beginners and advanced students, and sessions for children are also available.

How can I sign up for classes?
Registration is required for every class through the booking system (https://manipura-joga-studio.reservio.com/).). You will receive a booking confirmation and can cancel the class via the link in the sign-up confirmation.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free of charge if you cancel your booking 2 hours before the class starts. Within that period, the session is deducted from your pass, and if you have a single class ticket, the fee for the canceled class must be settled at the next session.

Iyengar yoga is suitable for both beginners and advanced students. The practice provides physical relaxation, flexibility and inner calm, and teaches awareness and presence.
